In this strategic role, Mr. Johnson will head the firm’s international market development, leveraging his extensive global perspective to provide premier advisory services and strategic recommendations to clients operating within the international context.
Born and raised in the United States, Mr. Johnson brings a unique convergence of top-tier engineering expertise and proven entrepreneurial acumen to Ocean Consultancy Company Limited. While playing a crucial role within our team, he also serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Coachable, an American AI-driven technology recruiting and coaching firm. Under his direct leadership, Mr. Johnson spearheaded the company’s AI strategy and personally built its core AI systems, successfully bootstrapping the enterprise to a seven-figure annual recurring revenue (ARR) without external funding. Operating strictly on a success-fee basis, Coachable has placed over 600 engineers at industry-leading corporations, including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Uber.
Prior to founding Coachable, Mr. Johnson served as a Software Engineer within Google’s Search Infrastructure division. He is an Ivy League graduate, having earned his degree cum laude in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
